About me
Hi, I’m Pavani — a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
My own path with yoga began 10 years ago as a way to find balance in a busy world. What started as a physical practice quickly evolved into something much more profound: a way of living with intention, presence, and compassion.
I’ve trained in traditional Yoga - RYT500, Yoga therapy, Prenatal, Face Yoga, Nutrition and hold respective certifications. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with your breath, your body, and your inner self.
Through mindful movement, breath work, and meditation, my classes encourage you to listen inward and move in a way that feels authentic to you. Yoga isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present.
I believe that yoga is for every body, and I’m committed to making it accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all.
